Lindy AI is an AI personal assistant and automation platform designed to execute complex, multi-step tasks on your behalf by connecting to your apps and services. Unlike chatbots that answer questions, Lindy takes actions — scheduling meetings, drafting and sending emails, researching prospects, filling out forms, and managing workflows — functioning more like a capable AI employee than a conversational assistant.

Lindy Agents

The core product: create custom Lindy agents — AI workers trained to perform specific recurring tasks. A "Lead Research Lindy" researches every new lead in your CRM automatically; a "Meeting Scheduler Lindy" handles all back-and-forth scheduling emails; an "Inbox Triage Lindy" categorises and summarises every inbound email. Each agent runs continuously in the background.

App Integrations

Lindy integrates with Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Notion, Airtable, and 200+ other apps — giving agents the ability to read from and write to the tools where your actual work happens. An agent can read a form submission, research the company, draft a personalised email, and log it in Salesforce automatically.

Trigger-Based Automation

Lindy agents are trigger-based — they activate when a specific event occurs: a new email from a domain, a form submission, a calendar event, a Slack message matching a pattern. This makes them genuinely autonomous workers that respond to real-world events without user initiation.

Human-in-the-Loop
